Ask inside the app

The fastest help is the assistant built into Itematize. Open the app or the portal, tap the microphone, and ask Tony or Anna anything: how a feature works, where a photo went, or what to send your insurance company next. They can see the screen you are on and walk you through it.

Signing in

Itematize does not use passwords. Enter your email on the sign-in screen and we send you a six digit code; the code is right in the subject line of the email. If the email does not arrive within a minute, check your spam folder, and text us if it still has not shown up.

Your account and your data

Your purchase includes access for the life of your claim. You can export your full report, spreadsheet, and photos at any time from the Reports page. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, in the app or on the portal. The details of what we store and why live in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
